Hello and Welcome!

I  have always been drawn to work with families and those struggling through life's challenges.  I am fortunate that my career combines my gifts and my passion – connecting with individuals and helping them to look inside, explore their path and make the hard choices to find success and satisfaction.

Very early in my career I designed and administered youth programs for the YMCA.  The work I did brought happiness to children and teens from all walks of life and all socioeconomic backgrounds by embracing the values of spirit, mind and body.  I knew from that point that I would eventually pursue a career helping young people navigate the challenges of growing up and becoming their best version of themselves.

For the past 10+ years I have supported numerous high schools as a Student Achievement Specialist and a Prevention Interventionist.  Through my work with the ESD of Washington State I have worked with some of the most challenged schools  in our state.  It’s here that I realized the profound difference one person can make in the health, happiness and future potential of other human beings.

Let's chat!

KInd Regards,
